Diane Smith
Children and Family Ministry Director
Diane Smith, Children and Family Ministry Director, was born in Washington DC and first came to Clarendon UMC in 1964. She grew up in Arlington and then spent several years living in Fairfax County. She and her husband Leighton are raising their daughters Kirstin and Stephanie here in Arlington. Diane received a B.S. in Management/Computer Information Systems in 1987 and then received her Master's degree in Christian Education from Wesley Theological Seminary. As the Director of
Children and Family Ministries, Diane will be on staff to enhance the wonderful children's programs at Clarendon and bring God's word to all those in our community.
